Return Policy Overview
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Please keep products unused and in original condition for a smooth refund process.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted for non-perishable items that are unused, undamaged, and include original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Personalized products, digital downloads, and hygiene-sensitive items are generally not eligible for returns.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
How to Request a Return

- Step 3: Complete the form and attach any supporting details.
